cin-ema: Natalie Portman was training and conditioning so diligently during the filming of Black Swan. She worked herself to the core and injured herself multiple times. When she injured herself severely, she asked the director, “Where’s the medic?!” The director then said that a medic wasn’t in their budget. Natalie Portman then replied by telling the director to take her trailer away, because she’d rather have an on-set medic than her trailer. The next day her trailer was gone.
